I live in the KC area as well! I thought it was to cold in the winter for fly traps do you protect your plants during the winter.

I'll be keeping them in my garage under fluorescent lights during the winter. My garage occasionally approaches 35 degrees on the coldest days, so they ought to be fine there. I think they may be approaching dormancy now, as the new growth is quite low (except for my King Henry's).

I taught vft seedlings r suppose to look lik da one in the pot ! But mine looks like this (pic on top left) , is this vft for sure ?? https://m.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1 ... &source=56

I keep them in a spare bedroom that I have converted into a greenhouse. Ventratas and Mirandas are outside whenever possible. Conditions, including high and low temps and humidity are shown in the last photo:
