My sarr was sitting out side all winter and I just felt the pot and it was frozen solid, this was for probably the past two weeks, I'm in zone 9a Sierra Nevadas. It is long sphagnum moss, I brought them inside to let them thaw.

Even if all the leaves have died back, the plants may still be fine. In colder regions Sarracenia will lose all their leaves over the winter due to the extended freezes. The best way to check is to see if the rhizome is still firm. If it is, you're fine.

Some sarrs grow in Canada, so they can take winter freezes

My Sarrs' pots froze multiple times, but not for such a length of time. I wouldn't be surprised if yours turn out alright.

Zone 9a in the Sierra Nevada's sounds like Nevada County. In which case the Sarracenias should be fine, because mine are in the same conditions and doing fine.

These are 12" pots so I hope they didn't make it all the way!
