My Holland Red has a flower stalk that is has grown a twin, I have seen in other posts that there has been a lot of strange growth going on with VFT's here, petiole mutations and weird leaf growth and I think this is another one of those cases. These typicals were bought from Lowes and FTS but the seed pods are pretty big compared to the ones put out last year, could this be another weird anomaly in growth this year.

This is called "burification" and seems to be quite common (i had one with 5 on one stalk last year)

Great looking flytraps! And yes, bifurcation happens from time to time. Some varieties, such as Clayton's Volcanic Red and Petite Dragon, almost always have bifurcating flower stalks.
