I live in California and i have my fly traps outside in full sun. Take a look at our temps and humidity! Do you think i should shade my plants? So far they are doing fine, im just worried. Image

That's just a bit hotter than the UK right now. They'll be fine if they usually get a lot of sun, make sure they stay watered

I would try to get them some mid-day partial shade during this heat wave. I moved mine yesterday. Many still are flowering and temps around 110 all this week.

I moved the babies to under the umbrella on my patio table. They are looking a bit stressed. They are also in tiny pots (i know, i know, i need to replant them but i dont want to further stress them). The big guy i have seems to doing fine. Its caught 2 flies, isnt burned, but there is no new growth on him. Ill move him to where my corn is so hes shaded a bit.

You can make a small shade out of cloth, and they'll benefit from being in a shallow tray of water. They should be fine once they acclimate to the sunlight.

You should be able to re-pot the two small plants without stressing them any. Just gently remove the entire mass of media from the pots they're in and put them in the bigger pot like that, without cleaning the roots off at all. They shouldn't know that anything happened.

Do you have pictures? How long are they in sun?

They are in the sun from 7am until about 2pm when i move them to the table under the umbrella. I leave them there until the temps start to fall around 6pm or so.

I had similar temps last year and they all made it through without much issue. I would suggest leaving them in standing water during the day, it usually all evaporated by about mid day but keeps them from drying out much. You really can't give them too much water when temps are that high. I didn't use any shade cloth but it won't hurt especially if your pots are small.
If you have a kitchen thermometer, take a reading of soil temps during the hottest part of the day, if it exceeds 110f, you will need to provide more protection.
