Has anyone used the intelligent plant light?

Awhile back i had bought a intelligent plant light from bugbiteingplants.com and would like to know if anyone has used the light and with what results.

I have not used it, but it doesnt seem to logical to buy. I wouldnt think that light would be strong enough.

I do, seems like its doing well on the firs day for me.
