First Ping should I repot

Hello all. This is my first Ping. I'm thinking it looks a bit cramped in his little pot(dime is for size). If i should repot what soil mix should I use and should I spread out the little plantlets?

You definitely could. Looks like primuliflora. I got mine that way and separated the small plants, which I planted into mostly peat mounded up in a bonsai dish. I lost a few but most are thriving.
