Are these about ready to start transfering to media? How exactly should I proceed Ive read to start with a peat slurry and slowly decrease the amount of water over time.

Good job!
You can transfer the leaf cutting to a pot filled with peatmoss slurry at this time. Alternately, you can add some live Sphagnum tip cuttings if you have any.

I'd bag the pot or dome it. (No full direct sun ) for a month or so. That should give your buds/plantlets time to grow some roots.

What's the species? Binata or filiformis?

Good growing,
Mike

Its Marston Dragon cuttings next Im planning to do my filiformis. What type of pot should I use seems like something kinda shallow would be a good idea. I have petri dishes on order would that work well.

I use Petri Dishes for the initial cuttings and strike phase. I toss in my Sphagnum tip cuttings and leave them like this until they develop roots. At this point, I move them to regular pots and media. I bag or dome for a week or two.

You could add some peatmoss slurry to the container they're in now. Then in a month or so, transplant them to normal pots.
