Has anyone tried Exo Terra brand peat, or run it through a TDS meter? I have some on hand and would like to know if I can use it.

I believe its just straight peat. I used it for my reptiles for quite some time and had plants in with it without a problem. Granted it wasn't CP. Exo Terra is a Hagen company. If you call them they should be able to give you a MSDS on it.

I know it's pure peat because I've kept frogs on it, but frogs don't care about TDS.
Would anyone I called at the company be able to find if it's safe for CPs, or would I have to request someone in particular?
