Hi i have never grown flytraps indoors succesfuly and would like to know if my light is going to do good or just barely support them.I only plan to grow 1-6 six plants.three flytraps and three drosera.Ok so my light is Fluoroscent 23watt equivalent to 100watts , 6500k.How far from the plants leaves should I keep this bulb and how many plants can it support (Vft).I havent bought a lamp or a timer yet but I saw some very good ones

A desk lamp should not support more than one or two pots (in the terms of light spreading), but of course it depends of its length.
But the question is how much lumen the lamp light gives (6500 k to go whit it is good) and how many hours it is on ?

I think its 57 lumens per watt it has 23watts. so it has 1311 lumens i plan on doing 15 hours a day as close to the plant as possible , just two bumer :( ...couldent i add tin foil to add rflection for more light?

the light bulb is 6.5 inches long the pots I plan to use for the Flytraps and possibly sundews are 3.5 inches long and 3.5 inches in diameter .

1311 lumens are not enough. Get at least 3000 lumens per light.

It is not enough even for 1 plant (vft or drosera). They might grow a while, but they decline in health and die eventually. You could buy two neon lights, like in my signature (the specification is for one neon, but two neon lights give a better light spreading). In some country wattage may differ (40 watts instead of 36 watts), but this is not much in terms of electrical billing.

Adding a reflective surface only aids with diffusion. Yes, doubling up bulbs does in fact double the lumens. If I were you I would consider buying from a place that specializes in indoor plant lighting, that way you can be sure that your bulbs/tubes are specifically designed for that purpose. Bulbs/tubes are typically the cheapest part of the setup.
