Im just trying to figure out how this works for Venus fly traps.

If i took the pollen from my Alien for example and put it on the flower on my werewolf would i then get a Alien X werewolf seeds. Or is it not that simple ? I just want to know if its worth it or not to let some of my plants flower and try cross pollination?

It is as simple as that, all vfts can be crossed with each other. The only thing is that you need to make sure that the stigma is receptive ( it will have a fuzzy look to it when it is) when the pollen is applied.

If you took pollen from Alien and used it on a Werewolf flower, that would actually be Werewolf x Alien. The name of the mother plant always goes first in the cross.

Otherwise, yes, it's as simple as cross pollinating the flowers and collecting the seed!
