My ceph seem to be drying up. Don't appear to be rotting. Could it be they are to hot?Image

P.s. The soil looks wet because I just watered it.

No sir. I do use the tray method. However, it never sets in water long than a few hours. This is by the week, of course. I honestly should have noticed the cause of the damage long ago, but in my panic, I couldn't come up with the solution to my problem on my own. Thankfully, benastyy, brought level headed thinking back to me. I fully trust him as I have been following his threads for some time. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to cephalotus. My ceph do seem to be recovering. Might have lost a pitcher or two but it should recover just fine. My other cephalotus seem to be doing fine as well. I recently have gotten my first adult pitcher. Also, nauz. No discredit to you. It's just as soon as I saw benastyy's reply, I instantly knew that was my problem.

Yes humidity is important when getting new plants. It helps with recovery, I would still put an pan or something to catch water below it. When it drys up you put some more in.
