Thanks all!! For a while I thought I was doing something wrong, as far as light and medium, because there were nothing but juvenile pitchers and seemingly lots of divisions.

Here's a pic of the pitcher all glorious like:(I entered this pic in hollyhock's most recent giveaway!)

Absolutely! Now that I'm more confident in my Heli growing abilities I may need to expand my collection a bit.

That is a really lovely plant, you did a great job recovering it! :-D I'd love to grow a heli.

Thank You Grey! The adult pitcher validates that I'm doing something right! Props to all to helped and an extra high five to Cory and Maiden!

You should try your hand at it Grey, it's very rewarding! Though patience is true for most carnivorous plants I think Heli's demand more of it.

Definitely. The only thing stopping me is lack of a sufficient artificial light.

Grrr! I was watering my Heli's and when I went to close the lid the derping thing slipped and broke the nectar spoon on my first adult Heli minor pitcher! Argh! Oh, well, at least the rest of the pitcher is ok.

Sigh

Been there done that......

Things are so fragile

You'll grow another one soon.....feed it and it will be even sooner

Fragile is right!

I'm dropping in some dilute urea free orchid fert(1/4 strength) into the pitcher every other watering; about twice a month, sometimes three times a month.

Hopefully more adult pitchers pop up!

Orchid fertilizer has worked great for me, even making another small growth point produce mature pitchers!
