Birthday on "Who is online" ?

Can a birthday announcement be on the bottom of the forum next to "Who is online" ? I want, for example to send someone seeds, when i see that his/her birthday is. Of course, the seeds will arrive a few days later or in the same day, if some users stay in the same town..
