Are you growing them on top of trees? Now that's creative! Love it.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!
Yup theyre living on top of small half-cut pine trees!
They thrive on plenty of flies, moths, spiders, etc living in the pine trees

@Matt, just placed an order for a few more cultivars that were on my wish list! Cant wait to receive them!
Also ordered some NZ spagmoss for repot before winter (California winter - muahahaha) too.

......or should i wait till after january/february of next year? :?:

I repot any time of year when the flytraps need it. If they aren't suffering, I will try to leave them until January or February, but if they are declining, I always repot immediately.

U sure :?
He looked a hell of a lot better when he first came from Matt & Leah ...
Im beginning to think hes having a hard time growing or something ...
I don't grow alien, so I wouldn't know. I don't know how vigorous Alien is, but I do think that not being able to eat probably has at least some effect on the speed of growth. Then again, I think Matt posted somewhere about how Alien is actually pretty vigorous.

But he's Matt, so no surprise there!
