Hi

After arranging my sarracenia. I noticed that I had small cuts across two of my young pitcher
I Could not see what was causing this
Until I moved a larger plant to the back of the staging.
the plant was ok before i moved it
l gathered the reason that the pitches had cuts to them were in fact due to myself knocking the new picthes

being less mature there were a bit softer and we're prone to snapping

Yep that's likely why, I will occasionally snap a small pitcher reaching over the top to grab another plant. They are quite delicate in the spring. I noticed some tears in the lids of a few of my early season plants and I believe it was due to a wind storm a few days back.
