I saw many ants crawled everywhere on my flytraps pot and soil. There are many of them. Some of the ants crawled out form the growth point. Is it okay for my flytrap?

Presumably you are in the Southern hemisphere?
A few ants wont hurt he plant but if they are nesting in the roots (which would be most unusual in a potted plant) they will eventually cut through the growing roots and kill your plant. If you are worried stand your pot to its full depth in rainwater for a few hours, that will get rid of them.
