I had grown my vfts which are breaking dormancy on my windowsill and I was freezing so I put the heater on completely forgetting about my vfts and started practicing on my violin. An hour later, when I finally finished, I went to check on my vfts. As I opened the curtain ! My vfts where all brown and wilting and the termometer said it was 32 celsius! My vfts were right about the heater.
There were about 5 vfts on my windowsill and the rest were outside. Out of the 5 vfts, about 2 of them's trap had all wilted and one of them was the one which had the flower stalk with the false vivipary! The flower stalk wilted.

So that's what I wanted to say.

(I can't upload pic of BEFORE & AFTER of the vft with the false vivipary as my dad confiscated my ipod touch.) Sorry.

Sorry to hear about the disaster. Hopefully the rhizomes weren't so severely damaged that they don't grow back.

The rhizomes are ok in fact. The only damaged part of the plant is the growing traps and traps which were already there and 2 flower stalks. The rhizomes are still ok.

It was my fault anyway... I completely forgot about about my gorgeous vfts and put theheating on.

It is so true that CP growers treat their plants like pets rather than plants , sorry to hear about your misfortune with your plants . We get attached to them .

Sorry to hear that I'm sure that they'll grow back soon and you'll have your traps back in a couple weeks

What I mean is that the person that wrote +1 was a spammer. They just put that to distract you and click the link in their signature. That was their only post.

What did their signature say? I usually don't read signatures

I think the signature is the spammers user name
