This lil container is around 2 1/2 inches deep. I'm going to see how long I can keep these plants in them. I'm thinking theyll be good for another 6-8 months.
but im going to try and push it  .

perhaps if you keep them watered, they will last there forever lol, they don't need to compete for nutrients

I do not know much about sarracenia, but for VFTs they will not attain full size in something too small. But certainly, they ought to grow healthily. They just might not get as big as they could.

If you are letting them go dormant they will be fine till spring, but I would repot then otherwise you may get some set back.
If you aren't letting them go dormant, then I would still repot before spring, just to give them more room and maximise growth.
Cheers
Steve

Edit
Ahh just read the post again you are wanting to see what happens. Goo luck and let us know but they will stop meaningful growth before long in that pot

I disbelieve your fingers are 1" wide, probably more like 1/2" you should measure the container just for kicks I bet it's 1 1/2" tops.

Bonsai Sarracenia! I think it will probably work but they may wind up a bit shorter. When I keep plants crowded in small pots for too long they usually have epic growth spurts when I repot them.

Update. Growing like champs so far. I'm surprised at how big they are since the last post.

Hmm. From you I got:

S. Lynda Butt x (Moorei x flava atropurpurea)
S. (alata black x flava red tube) x (Evendine x flava)

I guess I'll see in a couple more weeks!

Tell me how the S. (alata black x flava red tube) x (Evendine x flava) turn out--- I got those as well. Mine are out of stratification and sowed. No germination yet.

@Eric, wow have those seedlings grown! Obviously they are not limited much by that container!
